About Us
Our Cattle
We raise Angus cattle on our small family ranch above Enterprise, Oregon with a view of the Seven Devils and irrigation water from the snow off Ruby Peak.
Our cattle are 100% Pasture-Raised. That means plenty of space to wander and graze all year long. They get shelter in the winter and green pasture in the summer. They don’t get GMO feed or mRNA vaccines.
We grain-finish with a local mix of barley, corn, and molasses from Wallowa County Grain Growers that gives our beef its the tender, juicy flavor that our customers love.
Our Sheep
Each year we raise a handful of Katahdin-Dorper hair sheep alongside our cattle.
Just like our cows, our sheep get all the green grass they can eat, supplemented by local grain.
