Custom Bulk Cuts
We sell 100% pasture-raised, grain-finished cattle on the hoof. That means you split a steer with other buyers, save money, and get a year’s supply of beef.
Quarter Share: 100-125lbs of packaged beef. Dozens of steaks or roasts and 40lbs+ of ground beef.
Half Share: 200-250lbs of packaged beef. Will feed a typical family for an entire year!
Whole: 400-500lbs of packaged beef. For big families and true beef lovers!
Our prices are 100% based on the hanging weight of the animal.
In 2024 (now sold out), our prices were:
$3.25/lb for a Quarter Share
$3.15/lb for a Half Share
$3.00/lb for a Whole
2025 prices will be finalized early next year

Monthly Subscriptions
Don’t have freezer space for 100lbs of beef? Get a subscription!
We’ll deliver a package of healthy, high-quality beef to your door each month. Each package will include a mix of cuts like steaks, roasts, ribs, and ground beef.
6-Month 10lb Subscription: $135 per month
6-Month 15lb Subscription: $180 per month
We’re flexible! If you prefer particular cuts, let us know and we can design a subscription just for you.
